Frequently asked questions
How do I send an aircraft to a stand or a runway?
Tap the aircraft (or its flight strip) when it asks for taxi. The clearance opens with a suggested
route (A) and alternatives (B, C, D); tap one, or tap a yellow taxiway sign on the map to go
another way, then Send.
Two aircraft are stuck nose to nose.
Select one of them and choose Tow back: a tug pulls it back to the previous junction and
it asks for a new taxi clearance.
What is the orange TOW flag?
A repositioning tow: an aircraft without passengers is moved from a remote stand to a gate.
Approve the push, then send the tug to the stand it asks for.
I bought an airport pack on another device.
Open Airport packs on the main menu and tap Restore Purchases.
The game is too fast.
Use the pause button or the space bar at any time; time runs a little over twice real time at 1×.
